As a Behavior Technician, you’ll receive comprehensive ABA training and implement personalized therapy programs designed by your Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervisor. Pay: $20 - $28/ hour    
*pay based on experience

This part-time position involves providing in-home ABA therapy directly to children and is ideal for those available during weekday after-school hours. While our service hours span Monday through Friday from 8am to 10pm and weekends from 8am to 5pm, your specific schedule will be based on client needs - offering flexibility that works for you.

Responsibilities

  • Build professional relationships with clients and families
  • Arrive on time for scheduled sessions  
  • Communicate availability changes to the admin team at least 1 month in advance  
  • Implement ABA targets as trained and documented  
  • Complete session notes and data tracking accurately  
  • Maintain regular contact with your BCBA supervisor  
  • Apply supervisor feedback to improve service quality
  • Follow all agency policies and procedures  
  • Attend required staff meetings, supervision, and training sessions  
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

  • 18 years or older  
  • High School Diploma or GED  
  • Experience working with children (especially those with disabilities or behavioral challenges)  
  • Passion for helping kids with autism and developmental differences  
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally  
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes  
  • Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance  
  • Clean DOJ/FBI background check  
  • First Aid/CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)  
  • TB test and up-to-date immunization record (per company policy)
